MMI Superyachts:
METALCRAFT MARINE, Inc. (MMI) MetalCraft Marine, Inc. (MMI) was originally incorporated in 1978 in Today, the principles Timothy Alls and Terence Kelly are primarily involved in the design and fabrication of 90’ and larger luxury “superyachts”. MMI has designed and built 26 steel-hull trawler and luxury yachts up to 110’, and currently have 5 luxury superyachts under construction in the shipyard, each scheduled for completion this year. In 1993, MMI moved to their current location on the shores of MMI is proud to be one of only three other yacht builders in the MMI employees the finest workmanship in yacht building using renewable raw materials when ever possible. Selecting solid woods and veneers for all custom built cabinets, wall paneling, and floors. Utilizing non-endangered woods, primarily from Central and MMI Vision: Even though MetalCraft Marine operates a “for contract” design-build luxury yacht business for their customers and clients, the goal of Equity Services LLC, is to expand MMI's business to build speculative superyachts for market. With adequate funding the business model looks to begin by procuring the partially completed 108’ steel-hull from the estate of a former customer who passed away before completing the vessel named, Sojourn and a second unfinished Catamaran Steelhull vessel. MetalCraft Marine had begun building Sojourn prior to 2002. However, the unfinished steel-hull and superstructure have remained mothballed in the shipyard since September 2004. Our customer had invested more than $2M to build the hull, which was approximately 40% complete when all work stopped. The vision of MMI is to acquire the Sojourn and a Catamaran hull at a discounted price. Equity Services LLC can provide the funding so that MMI can complete the necessary modifications and outfit both craft ready for a speculative market in less than 12-months. MMI has wanted a place in the speculative yacht market for the past several years but lacked the funding to reach this goal. Equity Services requests $20,075,000 in funding to purchase the two unfinished steel hulls and begin a third craft to be ready for market within 6 to 12 months, as well as the funds to begin construction on two more speculative craft next year. Upon funding, MMI will immediately move Sojourn and the Catamaran hull back into production and outfit both craft while also starting design and construction on a third speculative vessel. Marine survey places the market price of each completed craft at between $6M to $7M.

Accomplish:
Equity Services LLC, seeks funding to purchase and complete the steel-hull Sojourn and an unfinished Catamaran along with funds to begin design and construction on a third speculative 100' Superyacht. With proper funding Equity Services can outfit the 108’ Sojourn and the unfinished Catamaran hull for sale to a ready market in less than 6 to 12 months. By acquiring the (unfinished-hulls) Sojourn and the Catamaran hull at a below market price for each we assume virtually no risk. Equity Services can expect to accomplish the vision of finishing both craft and starting a third speculative yacht whereby expanding MMI's business interests to include the design and construction of speculative luxury yachts into the future. Equity Services LLC's goal is to complete two additional 100’ or larger luxury superyachts each year as a speculative venture. The design and construction of just two vessels will not adversely affect MMI's current for-contract vessel production.
Total $14,750,000
